FRI- 8:30am- 10am Personal fitness training.

 Must have a membership at Planet fitness .

FRI- 12:30PM- 2PM

Motivational training through zoom

MON- THU 2PM-2:30PM/ 2:30PM -3:30PM

           3:30PM -4PM
Must have your own equipment at home in order for me to help you maintain the proper training. All classes for zoom are schedule on Friday's. Check the calendar for opening appointments at the YMCA



ADVANCED WORKOUT

300 PUSH UPS

50 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST

40 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST

30 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST

20 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST

10 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST

REPEAT THE PROCESS AFTER 2 MINUTES OF REST



100 SQUATS NON-STOP - 2 MINUTES BREAK BEFORE STARTING THE NEXT EXERCISE ROUTINE

100 JUMPING JACKS AND BURPEES

2 SETS OF 50 JUMPING JACKS AND BURPEES - 1 MINUTE REST
