50 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST
40 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST
30 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST
20 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST
10 PUSH UPS - 1 MINUTE REST
REPEAT THE PROCESS AFTER 2 MINUTES OF REST
100 SQUATS NON-STOP - 2 MINUTES BREAK BEFORE STARTING THE NEXT EXERCISE ROUTINE
100 JUMPING JACKS AND BURPEES
2 SETS OF 50 JUMPING JACKS AND BURPEES - 1 MINUTE REST
